Specializing in Ceremony Coordination - $325
  • Initial Consultation (1-2 hours.)
  • Rehearsal attendance and direction. (2 hrs)
  • Create timelines for you, and all vendors involved.
  • Vendor Confirmation calls / emails: One Week Prior to the Wedding, distribute timelines.
  • Greet vendors as they come to set up (i.e., photographers, florists, videographers, officiant's, etc.)
  • Ceremony Set-Up (2 hours): (arrive at your ceremony site two hours early to display programs, set up a unity candle, guest book, arrange pew / aisle decoration**)
  • Give your ushers a last-minute reminder of how to seat guests.
  • Ceremony Direction / Coordination: (pin bouts on the men, make sure corsages are distributed, readers / ushers have flowers, line-up family and bridal party, groomsman, cue music for the processional and recessional).
  • Make sure that the wedding starts on time and everyone is in place for the processional. (1-1.5 hr)
  • Coordinate a special exit if doing one, i.e., petal toss, feathers, bubbles, etc.
  • Coordinate receiving line and all family involved.
  • Gather and transport flower arrangements and decorations used for the ceremony to the reception site to be used there.
  • Make sure your "must-take" photo list is done by your photographer. Round up bridal party and all families for pictures accordingly.
  • Unlimited email / telephone correspondence throughout planning.
  • Final Meeting 14 days before wedding to go over all details. (2 hrs)
    • Simple set-up for ceremony décor, elaborate design will require an assistant for an additional charge.

Entire Day-Of Coordination - $486
  • Ceremony Coordination plus the following:
  • Initial Consultation (1-2 hours)
  • Reception timelines distributed to all involved vendors.
  • Place ceremony items / decor at designated areas.
  • Check place card / seating chart for accuracy and all other reception details.
  • Go over agenda with DJ / band, caterers, etc., to make sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Assist DJ / Band with wedding party announcement.
  • Reception Direction: Coordinate Special Dances, Toasts, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss, special exit from the reception.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot any problems that may come up during the reception.
  • Coordinate any shuttle or bus transportation for guests going to a hotel.
  • Be the point of contact for your DJ / band, caters, site coordinator, etc.
  • Wedding Day emergency Kit provided
  • Distribution of final payments to all vendors to be made on wedding day.
  • Unlimited email / telephone correspondence.
  • Final meeting 14 days prior to the wedding to go over all necessary details.
    • Additional hours may be purchased to stay until the end of the reception for clean up and retrieval of personal belongings.
    • Additional hours may be purchased for set-up and coordination of centerpieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other specialty items.
