Back in August we had the honor and privilege of coordinating Kristen and Joel’s wedding day at Moondancer Winery in Wrightsville, PA.  I think I was contacted in late June or early July from Kristen that she was getting married to the man of her dreams and was getting married in a month, and wanted an a team of vendors!  I met Kristen almost 7 years ago when i was getting married.  She did my wedding day make-up and is just a fantastic and fabulous gal!  So of course I was so excited and eager to help her be stress free and relaxed on her day!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bella Manse cakes out of Millersville, PA.  Not only are her cakes BEAUTIFUL, but they have that so good, moist and delicious flavor you want in every cake you ever order.  I have used Renee for my daughter’s birthday parties, and will continue to use her for as long as i can get away with having the most adorable and sweet cakes made!  I’m pretty sure for a girl this will be a long time   I work with her all the time for weddings, but it is so special when i can have her do a cake for my family!

I can’t tell you how excited we were when we got the call from Stephanie to coordinate her day!  Especially when she told us she selected all of her vendors from last year’s I Do in Style Show.

Stephanie and Eric’s wedding was so beautiful and so much fun!  They really know how to have a good time!

The colors were so vibrant and stunning!  They matched Steph’s personality perfectly!

We started the day with a beautiful ceremony in downtown York, then headed over to The Country Club of York for the reception!

What can I say about this wedding, other than it was simply beautiful!  Working with the Weaver Family was such a treat.  To be in the presence of such caring and giving company was something i always looked forward to.

Valerie and Josh had their beautiful wedding at Lime Spring Farms.  The ceremony was held outside on the lawn, cocktails around the property and dinner and dancing under the reception tent.  All of the decor details were nothing short of spectacular.  Valerie and her dad, did a lot of the wood working projects.  I enjoyed keeping all the beautiful items in my office, to remind me constantly of the love and energy that is put forth into every wedding.

The day was perfect.  They had so many simple and easy gestures of showing their love, that paid off in such a rewarding way.

The wedding professionals on this event were top notch and went above and beyond!  It wouldn’t have been a success without such a phenomenal group!  It is important that you select your wedding team carefully, so that everyone understands and can execute your vision.

Andy and Katie’s wedding took place back in May and it was such a beautiful wedding!!! We had the pleasure of working with Tony Gibble Photography, and I’d like to share their fabulous images from the day!

Oh wow, where do I start with this wonderful couple! I had been working with Jennifer and Travis from the beginning, scouting out locations, vendors, colors, dresses and more. Originally they were to get married under this big beautiful tree at their reception location, due to a few issues they decided to move everything to a beautiful church in downtown West Chester!  Thank goodness they did because instead of a lovely fall wedding, mother nature decided to make it even more beautiful with a blanket of winter snow (and some other not so fun elements, including ice, sleeting rain!)

We took measures into our own hands and based on the impending weather decided to book a hotel and go up a night early so we were already in the town the event was taking place, and didn’t have to worry about traveling! Our good friends, KM Photography and LaVon films did the same!

A huge “job well done” goes out to the vendors that traveled from Lancaster to West Chester, in the actual snow storm to deliver their excellent service! Petals with Style, Cherrywood Ensemble, and Rosie’s Creative Cakes!

Once everyone arrived safely at the church (that is after the accident one of our vendors got into, and then traffic that was stopped to remove said accident, whew!), we got ready for “first looks!” Oh how they are always so sweet!

Our bride, Jennifer, was stunning! I love how she incorporated details from her late mother’s wedding dress, into her veil, and even had a beautiful locket attached to her bo-k! It was so meaningful and special!

Jennifer and Travis kept their guest list to their near and dear, and we always love events like this. Small, intimate, and really focusing on the couple and what the day is all about!

We just adore the colors that were brought to this beautiful fall wedding. The stunning linens were from Special Occasions, the stationary, which was just to die for, all designed by Designs by Renee, she did a fabulous job! The invitations had this beautiful laser cut tree, that then was followed through on all of the stationary accompaniments. Beautiful cake by Rosie’s Creative Cakes and eye popping florals by Petals with Style! We just love the lanterns that were hung over the sweetheart table, also by Petals with Style.

Jennifer and Travis decided to have a delicious popcorn bar as their favor to guests! Where the bride grew up, she always loved getting this flavored treat, and it was the perfect touch to add to her wedding day!

This stunning reception was held at the Loch Nairn Golf Course in Avondale, PA! After we had exhausted all venues in Lancaster, the bride and groom then decided they wanted the event to be a bit closer to Philadelphia. After showing this venue to them, it was a YES, YES, and YES!! Rebecca and Staff at this club went above and beyond in so many ways, and i look forward to the opportunity to go back!

This wedding took place in October, and i wanted to post before we got to far into summer! Thank you to KM Photography for the beautiful images to feast our eyes upon! You guys always rock every event, and we just love to work with you!
