Coryn and Bryan’s wedding was the only event Planned Perfection had for the month of July, and boy it was a beautiful one!  They chose to get married at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, downtown Lancaster and then have the reception at The Cork Factory Hotel! Their theme, Penn State!  It was done in a very classy way and was true to the couple.

Coryn looked absolutely stunning, her gown was amazing and her bridesmaid dresses were to die for!

I am really behind on blogging my events, and I do apologize to the brides who may be waiting to see their post!

Back in June we coordinated Melissa and Dan’s ceremony in York and reception in Lancaster at The Cork Factory Hotel!  It was just lovely.

Melissa was a beautiful easy-going bride, who’s planning style was just lovely!  I think I am a bit partial…her colors incorporated green and black, and green is my favorite color!

We enjoyed working with Krisha Martzall Photography, Mixed Up Productions, LaVon Films, Sandy Porterfield Florals, Cork Factory Hotel, Love Jessica Invitations, Studio Jenz, Special Occasions and The Couture Cakery!

Congratulations!!!

This past week we had the opportunity to swing by Janell Berte’s Posh Bridal Salon!  We wanted to get a sneak peak at some new private label arrivals and what she has in store for 2012!

While looking at these beautiful gowns, Janell told me she was getting ready for a bridal appointment.  That sounded perfect, I could capture the initial consultation process.  However, to my surprise, it was also a Planned Perfection client.  Bride Christina is one of our July 2012 brides, Diana will be executing her Day of Coordination.  So it was a pleasant surprise to see Christina.  We first met her last year as a bridesmaid at another wedding.  Happy Planning Christina!  We can’t wait for your wedding day.

We had such a great time coordinating Heidi and Matt’s wedding day!

They started with a beautiful ceremony with their nearest and dearest at Holy Trinity Church in Columbia, PA.  We have done a handful of weddings at this location, and it is just beautiful!

After the ceremony, cocktails and dinner were held at The Rotunda at Lauxmont Farms.  Heidi had quite a number of surprises for her fiance, and her guests!  Some just to name a few, a heart-felt toast from Heidi’s daughter to her new husband, a surprise choreographed first dance (which involved the groom ripping off his button down shirt, to reveal a superman t-shirt – (whole other story), and a live belly dancer!  Their reception was anything but the ordinary.  All the guests enjoyed themselves so much and it was a fun filled evening, full of love!
