In a sea of bridal shows…which one is right for you…
Planned Perfection is hosting another fabulous bridal event. In 2009 Planned Perfection orchestrated and planned the Best of Weddings Bridal Show that was held at the Lancaster County Convention Center and Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. With such a huge success, Jonnaysa from Planned Perfection decided to take the show, new name and feel, to another location.
Planned Perfection hopes to take these sort of shows to a new venue each year, showcasing all the possibilities at many different beautiful locations in and around Lancaster County. Lancaster really is the place for a destination wedding. With so many brides looking for a great location that is accessible for parties from DC, MD, NJ and NY, PA seems to be a great fit. Plus you can secure so many beautiful venues at a fraction of the cost it would be in the bigger cities. The level of expertise in this area is phenomenal. Our wedding and event vendors are so talented in what they do and really care about the clients.
This year Planned Perfection added a VIP dinner reception, in hopes of trying to stand out from all the bridal shows in the area and thus giving guests a night they might envision for their own wedding day. This will allow brides/grooms, family members and friends a chance to meet and greet with the elite selected professionals and enjoy the talents of the vendors as they would see in a real wedding reception. Enjoy a served dinner, strolling fashion show and live performances from dancers and a band. Kind of like going to someone else’s wedding and getting excited to pick out the things you like and don’t like and what you will incorporate into your event.
I Do in Style also will also present a tented area of the show. Again, showcasing to brides and grooms just what can actually be done in a tent and how you can make that type of event, just as beautiful as it would be in a ballroom or country club setting! Most bridal shows don’t offer that insight and stick to using their own ballrooms to showcase.
The vendors who participate in these shows are actual vendors that Planned Perfection has worked with time and time again, and provide an outstanding service to their clients. Most shows, any vendor can participate if they pay the fee. Again, making this show different, it is hand-selected vendors that are top notch in the industry.
Jonnaysa is asking the vendors to work as a team to come up with fantastic designs and ideas to showcase to the brides and grooms. In other shows you will find the norm… a table and small space to showcase products and services. You really don’t get to see the full potential of the wedding professionals in that setting. I Do in Style will provide that wow factor, to show brides and grooms that Lancaster is where it is at, and you don’t need to look for high-end vendors in NYC or the bigger cities, when we have them right here.
Walking into a room that is fully dressed for a reception is so much better than walking into a room with rows and rows of vendor booths. At I Do in Style, you will see just that…a beautiful ballroom and tented lounge with endless possibilities and inspirational ideas!
