Last Saturday I had a wonderful day with Angela and Michael who were married at The Inn at Leola Village. After reading over the initial details I knew this wedding would not disappoint. Angela had chosen the theme of apples for their September wedding and had incorporated so many beautiful details into the day. Thanks to Amanda Kirkham for the awesome blog photos, who assisted on this event.
Angela also had the good fortune of a handy father. Mark, the father of the bride, hand made all of the wooden decorations that made the day so special including wine crates, a wheelbarrow, the apple shaped table names, small apples to hold the place cards, picture frames and more.
Angela and Michael are not from the area and wanted their guests to really enjoy the Inn and see the entire grounds. For cocktail hour, guests were encouraged to visit the bocce courts, take a walk and enjoyed sparkletinis by the pool.
The weather was absolutely gorgeous, 75 degrees and sunny which made the entire day spectacular! Thank you Angela and Michael for letting me be a part of your day and thank you to all the vendors that made the day amazing!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day for Laura and Marco’s wedding. I was so pleased to work with such a great couple and their families. The entire wedding party was fun and they did a wonderful job. Laura’s uncle David Shaeffer was a fabulous officiant, and made the ceremony more personal.
The event took place at the Willow Valley Chapel, as well as the hotel’s Palm court. All Things Beautiful created wonderful arrangements hung from the pews in white pails. The colors were deep reds with some green orange and purple. Cherrywood String Quartet and a close friend of the Bride provided elegant music for the ceremony. At the reception Special Occasions provided the sheer embroidered toppers for all of the guest tables. These coordinated very well with the charming favor boxes tied with red ribbon and the chiavari chairs from Event Central.
I must say it was a great experience to work with Matthew Tennison, a wonderful photographer in our area. He was nice enough to supply us with these amazing shots from the day. Also, Tammy of Class Act was a great DJ to work with; as she is very organized, professional and fun. I would also like to thank the wonderful staff at Willow Valley Resort for being so helpful and accommodating.
Congratulations Marco and Laura!!
I truly enjoyed being part of your wedding day and meeting your wonderful families, Thank you!

On Saturday August 21, 2010 I had the pleasure of coordinating the wedding of Erin & Mike. The ceremony took place at St. James Episcopal Church in downtown Lancaster and the reception was right across the street at the Hamilton Club. The church was beautiful inside and the flowers provided by All Things Beautiful provided just enough extra decoration to make the space even more attractive.
Erin wore a dress by Janelle Berte which exemplified the theme of the day, simple elegance. The bridesmaids wore blue and their bouquets popped with many different jewel tones.
The Hamilton Club served up a delicious buffet and guests enjoyed a gorgeous cake by Bella Manse. The bride and groom were especially excited to dance the night away with DJ Freez. This was the very first wedding I’ve seen a priest on the dance floor! If anyone can do it, DJ Freez can.
Erin and Mike were such a pleasure to work with. Both of them exuded a calm and cool nature throughout the day which made coordination easy and enjoyable. Congratulations Mike & Erin! And thank you to all the vendors who made their day a success!

Amy and Mike got married on August 21, 2010 at the beautiful Cork Factory Hotel. She was such a stunning bride and he was a groom right out of the Banana Republic Catalog!

It was such a pleasure to work for Amy! I first met Amy in the fall of 2007 when I worked part time at Banana Republic. It was always fun talking to her about when she would get married one day and how she would be excited to book my services when the time came. Well the time came and she contacted me last year to help her out. At the time she already had her photographer booked, the wonderful Elle Photography. Other than that she seemed to be stuck on some other vendors. So we helped her out finding an amazing florist, dj, baker, stationer and linens! Her theme was so simple and so elegant…Tiffany blue!

The wedding day came and was so beautiful. It was a nice surprise that the pastor officiating, actually was a father of the groom’s wedding I did last year at Casa di Fiori. Love when I get to see familiar faces from previous events.
She and Mike were such a fun laid back couple and their day definitely was so memorable.
