Today is our two year anniversary! I can not believe it has been two years and we have a one year old…time sure does fly. Because our wedding falls on a Tuesday this year we decided to celebrate over the holiday weekend. We made reservations to stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel, in one of the Loft Suites. It was fabulous!!! We also had dinner at John J. Jeffries. I ordered the salmon and Doug ordered the beef steak. We got complimentary glasses of champagne which was so yummy and ended with tasty deserts. I ordered strawberry shortcake and Doug got the chocolate sampler. Boy were we full afterwards!
In remembering our wedding day I wanted to post some pictures from the memorable event! Enjoy…I sure did.

Thanks to all the wedding professionals that made my day possible!

What a wonderful day for a wedding…(well everyday in my book is a wonderful day for any wedding!!) But the sun was out, and it was an awesome 75 degrees!! Today Stephanie and Burt were married at Lauxmont Farms. There ceremony and reception took place at the Rotunda. Stephanie had some pretty great details for her day. She put together a very modern black and white mosaic seating chart! Mind you she had to hand cut these tiles with a tile saw, and then write on each one of them! The end product was so great. She also designed the centerpieces herself and was so gracious to give a lucky winner at each table the entire ensemble.
The party didn’t take long to get started! With all of the wonderful polish traditions incorporated into the reception the guests were up and moving and stomping and clapping in no time! Can’t wait to see some images from the ever so lively Apron Dance.
I worked with one of my most favorite and most talented photographers today…Kris from KM Photography! I can’t wait for some shots to be up on her blog and will post them when she puts them up. Also another one of my favs…Bella Manse supplied the incredible cake. Take a look at some snapshots I was able to get. I will post when the professional ones are ready!
Thanks to all of the wedding professionals who made this day possible for Stephanie and Burt. They are such a wonderful couple and had an awesome day! Congratulations to you and your families.

I can not even begin to tell you what an amazing day this was! God is so good
Today Janelle and Rich were married at Pheasant Run Farm B&B. Vivian Able, the innkeeper and owner of the B&B is the sweetest lady you will ever meet! Her grounds are absolutely stunning and I can not wait to work with her in the future! Vivian told me that every time a wedding takes place, the birds start signing away!!The day started off a little cloudy, some sprinkles here and there, but by 5:00 p.m. (show time) the sun came out full force! I couldn’t believe it….it was cloudy when Janelle walked down the aisle and as soon as she was standing with Rich the sun came out and didn’t go away for the rest of the evening. The ceremony was flawless…Jannelle being the most stunning bride ever and Rich looking so handsome, how could it go wrong! After the ceremony the guests made their way up to cocktail hour on the patio and enjoyed wonderful appetizers and cocktails. Rettew’s was their with a stunning food display and the dinner was soooooo yummy!!!!! Jenna from Rettew’s was so much fun and so on top of things! Oh and before I forget…Rich made his own wine!!!! I couldn’t believe it, what an awesome way to put your personal touch on your wedding day. I definitely took him up on his offer to take a bottle home to test it out!!!Occasions DJ’s got the party started, without delay. However, this time I got the wonderful opportunity to work with JoAnn Konopka and her husband Joe! What a FABULOUS team! They were so awesome and played the best tunes!I hope you enjoy some pictures that I was able to capture from the day! Congratulations to you both…you and your families were a joy to work with
