Amy and Mike

Amy and Mike got married on August 21, 2010 at the beautiful Cork Factory Hotel.  She was such a stunning bride and he was a groom right out of the Banana Republic Catalog!

It was such a pleasure to work for Amy!  I first met Amy in the fall of 2007 when I worked part time at Banana Republic.  It was always fun talking to her about when she would get married one day and how she would be excited to book my services when the time came.  Well the time came and she contacted me last year to help her out.  At the time she already had her photographer booked, the wonderful Elle Photography.  Other than that she seemed to be stuck on some other vendors.  So we helped her out finding an amazing florist, dj, baker, stationer and linens!  Her theme was so simple and so elegant…Tiffany blue!

The wedding day came and was so beautiful.  It was a nice surprise that the pastor officiating, actually was a father of the groom’s wedding I did last year at Casa di Fiori.  Love when I get to see familiar faces from previous events.

She and Mike were such a fun laid back couple and their day definitely was so memorable.

Thanks to the following vendors for making their wedding so beautiful:

I wanted to post some great images that Rodney Cool from Aesthetic Life Studio took from Maggie and Dave’s wedding back in June!  Planned Perfection had the pleasure of working with Rodney back in October 2008, you can see images here.  Marah was the day of coordinator for this event that took place at Ski Liberty Resort!  A belated congratulations to you two!

Christina and Nate

What an absolutely beautiful day for a wedding!!  Today we had the pleasure of coordinating Christina and Nate’s wedding and reception at Hotel Hershey in Hershey Pa.  The sunshine was perfect, the breeze was amazing and the love was in the air.  That may have sounded cheesy but it is so true.

Christina looked so stunning, I really had to do a double take and didn’t recognize her at first.  Carmina Cristina and Verve Hair studio enhanced her natural beauty and she was stunning!

The ceremony was so beautiful and we enjoyed working with Pastor Tim Keller again.  After the ceremony guests made their way to a cocktail reception followed by a beautiful dinner in the Ballroom.  The main hit of the evening had to be the fabulous Candy Bar created by The House of Clarendon!  It definitely was a show stopper!

Thanks so much to all the amazing vendors on this event.  We enjoy working with you so much and it was a privilege as always!

Lauren and Jeremy – July 10

Lauren and Jeremy were so great to work with!  I must say the same about their parents as well.  The entire party was a lot of fun and easygoing throughout the experience.

The event began at St. Joseph Church in Downtown Lancaster, which provided a beautiful sanctuary for the ceremony. The reception followed with a rustic feel and great service from the staff at The Country Barn on Donerville Rd.  Lauren chose an array of vibrant colors like cobalt blue, yellow and orange to brighten up the day.  There was a little rain, but I’m sure the guests were having such a wonderful time that they hardly remember it rained, as I too forgot about it.

I must say it was also a pleasure to work with Michael Diven, of Dare 2 Dance DJ Service , who was a big help to me throughout the reception.  Thanks to photographer, Jenn Keagy who was happy to provide us with these shots from Lauren and Jeremy’s big day.

Congratulations Jeremy and Lauren!!

I truly enjoyed coordinating your wedding day and meeting your wonderful families, Thank you!

The VIP show is from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.  This exclusive event will give brides, grooms and families a chance to meet and greet with the elite wedding professionals on a more intimate basis.  You will be served a full course dinner from Casa di Fiori and enjoy a strolling fashion show throughout dinner and dessert!  More highlights for this portion of the event to be announced at a later date.  Stay tuned.  Tickets for the VIP SHOW will be LIMITED.  So if this is something that interests you, get your tickets early!

Aaron and Crystal

What a pleasure it was to work for Aaron and Crystal!  They came to me awhile back needing advice on finding certain vendors and pulling together some last minute details.

Yesterday they held their beautiful ceremony and reception at Casa di Fiori at The Inn at Leola Village.  We just love working with Stephanie and her team there!!  (Make sure to check out our upcoming I Do in Style show on February 27, 2011 there).

Aaron Miller  is a pediatric dentist in Lancaster, alongside his father, who specialize in making a truly unique experience for children!!  Some things you may find in their office…cowboys, toys, horses, cowboy boots and more!!  With that being said a special request was made for the Roy Roger’s song, Happy Trails.  Of course, DJ Freez modernized it with a hip beat and awesome mixes.  What a cool surprise it was for Aaron’s father, and their entire office!  Way to go Freez!

Congratulations to Aaron and Crystal, it was such a pleasure to work with you both and I wish you only the best.

A huge thanks to the talented vendors on this wedding:

Eric and Sandy – July 31 2010

What a wonderful day I had …coordinating and directing Eric and Sandy’s wedding at Lime Spring Farms.  Aside from the weather being absolutely gorgeous (I think this wedding gets the best weather to date), the couple themselves were such a joy to work for.  Eric and Sandy booked me over the phone, and we didn’t meet in person until just a couple of weeks before their wedding.  They were both so laid back and really knew what was important about the day, their love for each other.  They weren’t caught up in all the crazy details that sometimes overwhelm everyone and take away from the main reason that everyone is there.  I felt so happy and overjoyed the entire evening to be a part of their special day and share in the love that their families and friends were all partaking in.

A big thanks to the awesome vendors that were on board.  I truly enjoyed working with all of you very much!
